This $200 payment serves as a 4-hour prepaid cleaning deposit. The final cleaning fee will be calculated based on the actual service time, and any difference will be refunded or collected after the service.
Standard cleaning: $50/person/hour
Minimum booking: 2 hours
Minimum billing increment: 30 minutes per cleaner
Depending on scheduling and the scope of work, 1 or 2 cleaners may be assigned. The number of cleaners does not change the total billable labor hours.
If cleaning continues after 8:00 PM, all labor performed after 8:00 PM will be charged at $75/person/hour.
If the total cleaning time is exactly 4 labor hours: the full $200 prepaid amount will be applied toward the service.
If the total cleaning time is less than 4 labor hours: the unused portion will be refunded to your original payment method on the same day.
If the total cleaning time exceeds 4 labor hours: the $200 prepaid amount will be applied toward the final balance, and any remaining amount must be paid after cleaning is completed and before the cleaner(s) leave.
Example:
1 cleaner × 4 hours = 4 labor hours = $200
2 cleaners × 2 hours = 4 labor hours = $200
Actual cleaning time varies depending on the condition, size, and cleaning requirements of the property. For reference:
1BR / 1BA: approximately 2–6 labor hours
2BR / 2BA: approximately 4–10 labor hours
Properties requiring heavier or deeper cleaning may take longer.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, except for same-day and next-day appointments.
For cancellations made after the 24-hour free cancellation period, a $100 cancellation fee, equivalent to the 2-hour minimum cleaning charge, will be deducted from the prepaid amount.
Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
For move-out cleaning, MUMU can also arrange furniture removal/disposal services at the same time. The moving crew and cleaning team can work independently so the services do not interfere with each other.
