A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
The item remains completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
The product is in brand new, resalable condition
Any item that has been opened, unsealed, used, or altered in any way is not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for:
Original delivery (shipping) costs
Return shipping costs
All refunds will be deducted by the total shipping and handling fees, including the original delivery fee (even if it was discounted or advertised as free).
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected
MUMU FurnCycle reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet the return conditions
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
Damages & Defects
Customers must inspect items upon delivery. If the product arrives visibly damaged:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photos
Claims made after this period may not be accepted
MUMU FurnCycle is not responsible for damages caused after delivery, including improper handling, installation, or use.
