Delivery Pricing

We keep our pricing simple and transparent:

  • Free delivery on orders $1000+ (NYC & nearby)

  • $149 NYC · $169 NJ for orders $500–$999

  • $189 NYC · $209 NJ for orders under $500

Most customers qualify for free delivery with just a few items.

Group Delivery (Shared Route)

A lower-cost option for flexible schedules.

  • From $129 NYC · $149 NJ

  • Available on shared delivery days (7th & 21st, 9 AM–9 PM)

  • Additional dates may be added based on demand

  • No exact time slots—delivery windows (morning / afternoon / evening) are shared one day prior

Best for customers who are flexible with timing

Extended Delivery (By Request)

We also deliver to:

Edison, Princeton, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, New Haven, Rhode Island, Boston, Long Island, and Upstate NY (Westchester, Binghamton, Ithaca, Syracuse)

  • Routes are fulfilled when a full truck (24 ft) is scheduled

  • Timing is coordinated based on demand

  • Pricing varies by distance and order size

What’s Included

Every delivery includes:

  • Placement inside your room

  • Basic setup (when applicable)

  • Items cleaned prior to delivery

Additional Fees

Some buildings or conditions may require additional services:

COI (Certificate of Insurance): $30

  • Typically required for elevator reservations in certain buildings

  • Processing may take at least 1 business day

Stairs Fee: $60 per flight

  • Applies when elevator access is not available

Scheduling & Timing

  • Delivery time selections at checkout are requests only

  • Orders are confirmed based on route availability

  • You will receive a confirmed time window at least one day prior with regular delivery

  • Exact arrival times are not guaranteed

Building Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reserving elevators if required

  • Confirming building delivery policies

  • Requesting COI in advance (if needed)

Failure to meet building requirements may result in:

  • Delivery delays

  • Rescheduling fees

Pickup Option

  • Free pickup available in Yonkers, NY 10701

  • Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance
