Furniture Pickup & Disposal Service for Zhen Zeng

Service time: August 11, 2025 between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. (Arrival will occur within this time window.)

Recycling Items: One Black Dining Set ( $80 ), One Grey Armchair ( $20 ), One Red Armchair ( $10 )

The recycling payment will be transferred to the customer's account on the same day after the pickup is completed.

Furniture Disposal Service Flat Rate: $480

Removal Items: Three Study Desks, Two Chairs, Two Bed Frames (disassembly included), One Side Table, One Cabinet, Three Lamps

If the customer cancels the appointment after booking, the $480 disposal fee will be fully refunded.

Booking Deposit: $100

This $100 deposit secures your confirmed furniture pickup appointment with us.
It will be fully refunded on the same day after our staff completes collection of the agreed-upon recyclable items, provided they are in good condition. If the customer cancels the appointment after booking, the $100 deposit will not be refunded.

Important:
Any damage or deficiency in the items must be disclosed in advance. If our staff determines at the time of pickup that an item cannot be recycled due to undisclosed issues, they reserve the right to refuse collection. A $20 fee will be charged for each such item.

If our staff is unable to begin working—such as moving, packing, or collecting furniture—within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., building access issues, customer delays, etc.), the team will leave and the deposit will be non-refundable. Similarly, if the moving process is unexpectedly interrupted for more than 30 minutes for reasons not caused by us, our staff will leave and the deposit will not be refunded.

Any items that were not included in the original recycling list or not pre-approved by our representative but are collected by our staff will incur an additional handling and disposal fee. This fee will be deducted from your deposit, and the amount will vary based on the item(s). We reserve the right to assess and determine the appropriate charge on a case-by-case basis.
